- Joe Fenton, web editor/audio-visual staff. He has an A.A degree from Hesston College and a B.A. in communication from Goshen (Ind.) College.
- John Marble, head volleyball coach. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia University, Irvine, Calif. He comes to Bethel from Dawson Community College, Glendive, Mont., where he started the volleyball program in 2008.
- Chi-Emeke Worthington, co-defensive coordinator and recruitment coordinator for Bethel football.
- Robert Yutzy, interim alumni relations assistant, Office of Alumni Relations.
- Lijun Zhu, recruitment coordinator for Chinese students currently attending Mennonite high schools, a donor-funded position. She continues as instructor of Chinese at Bethel.
