Joshua Booth ’16, sports information director. He graduated from Bethel in May with a B.S. in business administration with a minor in sports management.

Jennifer Chappell-Deckert ’96, assistant professor of social work. She has a B.A. in global studies from Bethel College, an MSW from the University of Michigan and is completing doctoral studies in social welfare at the University of Kansas.

Adam Esses, head women’s basketball coach. He has a B.A. in secondary math education from Bethany College, Lindsborg, and an M.S.Ed. in mathematics/science education from the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

Mario Felix, head men’s soccer coach. He has a B.A. in sociology from MidAmerica Nazarene University, Olathe.

Adam Fontana, assistant professor of music and director of instrumental music. He has a bachelor’s degree in music education from the State University of New York, an M.A. in music and music education from Columbia University, a master’s degree in music education/wind conducting from the University of Hartford, and a Doctor of Musical Arts in wind conducting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Jeff Hoskisson, head track and field and cross-country coach. He has a B.S. in secondary education from Eastern Oregon University, La Grande, and an M.S. in physical education/exercise and sports science from Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg.

Megan Kershner ’08, director of career services. She has a B.A. in music from Bethel College.

Sharon Kniss, director of education and training for the Kansas Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (KIPCOR). She has a B.A. in justice, peace and conflict studies from Eastern Mennonite University, Harrisonburg, Virginia, and an M.A. in international peace studies from the University of Notre Dame.

Brad Kohlman ’07, director of alumni relations. He has a B.S. in elementary education from Bethel College and an M.Ed. in sports management from Wichita State University.

James McCartney ’10, admissions counselor. He has a B.A. in business administration from Bethel College.

Clark Oswald ’03, director of financial aid. He has a B.A. in business administration and German from Bethel College. He moves to the Office of Financial Aid from a position as assistant director of admissions.

Eric Preheim ’16, admissions counselor. He graduated from Bethel in May with a B.A. in business and psychology.

Richard Southern, head men’s and women’s tennis coach. He has a B.A. in business administration from University of the Southwest, Hobbs, New Mexico, and an MBA from Southwestern College, Winfield.

Bethany Wentzel, Student Life office coordinator. She is completing a degree in early childhood education at Southwestern College, Winfield.

Scott Weston, head volleyball coach. He has a bachelor’s degree in physical education with K-12 education certification from Missouri Western State University, St. Joseph.
