• Aaron L. Austin, vice president for student life. He has a bachelor's degree in music education (minor in American studies) from Kansas State University and a master's degree in education (higher and postsecondary) from Arizona State University. He was most recently assistant director of residence life for university student housing at Texas Tech University, Lubbock.
  • Lei Cao, visiting assistant professor of mathematics (during a one-year leave for Lisa Thimm '01). He has a B.S. in applied mathematics from Lanzhou University, an M.S. in mathematics from Beihang University, Beijing, and a Ph.D. from Drexel University, Philadelphia.
  • Jill Fenske, cheer coach. She has a bachelor's degree in management and marketing (minor in sociology) from Washburn University, Topeka.
  • Caleb Lázaro, resident director of Warkentin Court and multicultural student advisor. He has an A.A in graphic design from Platte College, Alhambra, Calif., and was most recently a pastor in Colorado Springs, Colo.

  • Phil Mason, assistant professor of business and economics. He has a B.A. in business and marketing from Goshen (Ind.) College and earned an MBA in sustainable business from Green Mountain College, Poultney, Vt. He comes to Bethel after serving a one-year appointment in the position for 2011-12.
  • Marcia (Kroeker) Miller '78, registrar. She has a B.S. from Bethel College (major in health and physical education and minors in business and speech) and earned both her M.S. in business education and her Educational Specialist degree in library media science from Emporia State University.
  • Brennan Peacock, men's soccer coach. He has a bachelor's degree in general studies (concentrations in business and in physical education and health and a minor in coaching) from Georgia Southern University and was most recently graduate assistant for Bethel's men's and women's soccer programs.
  • Anthony (Tony) Turini, women's soccer coach. He has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Gannon University, Erie, Pa., and comes to Bethel from the University of Maine-Machias, where he was head men's and women's soccer coach.
  • Kip Wedel, assistant professor of history. He has a B.A. in business management from McPherson College and earned an M.A. in world history from Emporia State University and a Ph.D. in American history in from Kansas State University, with areas of specialization in U.S. religion, U.S. capitalism and society, and U.S. mass communications.
  • Rhonda Williams, RN to BSN coordinator. She has a B.S. from Pittsburg State University and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Fort Hays State University.
