Activities begin Friday evening with an ice cream social with the president.

Saturday morning, Keith Sprunger, professor emeritus of history, and Rachel Epp Buller ’96, associate professor of visual art and design, will lead learning sessions.

At the Alumni Banquet at noon, Saturday, June 4, the Alumni Association will present alumni awards (see articles on pages 13 and 14) and recognize the 50th-anniversary “Golden Thresher” Class of 1966.

Saturday evening, the Classes of 1966, 1961 and 1956 will dine together. Advancement staff will host a “Heritage Class” reunion for those in the Class of 1951 and earlier, who attended BC 65 years ago or more.

Singers may join an alumni choir, directed by Rachel Voran Unruh ’12, and sing during worship Sunday morning, where members of the Heritage Roll of Honor, who supported Bethel through planned giving, will also be recognized.

Anyone who earned 24 credit hours or more at Bethel—whether they graduated or not—is considered an alumnus. Spouses and guests may also attend class reunions.

Reunions for classes celebrating their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th and 45th are on Fall Festival Saturday, this year Oct. 1.
